Executive Director		Frank McLaughlin Executive Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the association. Along with that responsibility, he maintains outside relations with state and local agencies as well as other health care provider organizations. Prior to his arrival at MSDA in September of 2006, he spent 16 years as the Director of Political Affairs/ADPAC for the American Dental Association. Assistant Executive Director		Colleen Fowler Colleen Fowler, Assistant Executive Director assists in the development of MSDA programs and the overall operations of the office. Director of Governance and Public Policy		Peter Holmes, MS, IOM Peter Holmes, MS, IOM, Director of Governance and Public Policy, provides assistance to the Executive Director, and is responsible for Officer Visitations, Board of Trustees, House of Delegates, Maryland Political Action Committee (MARPAC), and Direct Reimbursement. He also serves as staff liaison to the Legislative Affairs Committee, Committee on Public and Professional Communications, the Charitable and Education Foundation, Oral Health Advisory Committee and is the PANDA administrator.
